This pivotal, hands-on role is your opportunity to make a real impact supporting our customers. Processing a high volume of in-bound calls and emails each day, you’ll be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to new and existing customers.
This position will suit someone currently in a customer service and tech support role who loves providing high-quality resolutions. The ideal candidate will be an engaging and motivated customer service guru who has worked in the solar industry or has a passion for renewable energy.
What you will do
• Engage customers, build rapport and ensure all customers are getting the best value
• Retain existing customers by presenting personalised solutions
• Respond with fast and accurate customer service to customer technical enquiries about their solar and battery storage systems
• Filter incoming calls from customers and determine how best to provide solutions to their queries, including troubleshooting
• Monitor customer’s solar systems through the online dashboard, including alerts
• Complete data entry and general office duties as required

• Guru level customer service when dealing with technical support queries
• Experience working within the solar energy industry or an interest in learning about it
• MS Office skills
• Ability to work with technical programs (CRM, Applications, Internet)
• Experience working within a call center, preferably in a technical support role

Multiple Positions Available
As a Solar Electrician/Installer, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning residential and commercial solar PV and battery systems, as well as EV chargers. Your role includes servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar systems while ensuring compliance with industry regulations (AS/NZ). You will also manage a team of apprentices and tradespeople, provide exceptional customer service, and set up Wi-Fi monitoring for battery and solar systems.
Criteria for this position are:
• Class A Unrestricted Electrical Supervisor License
• SAA current accreditation with PV Design and Install
• Working at Heights
• Battery on-grid installation accreditation - (desirable but not necessary)
• First Aid (desirable)
• A minimum 1 year working in the Solar Industry
• Able to Demonstrate a high level of quality
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Current Driver’s license
